 Processing  &  Production Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please reach out to us at jellkell24@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, we’re happy to assist you in resolving any issues, please contact us if your order is significantly delayed or appears lost.
